Mandala Art Near-Future Sci-Fi

[Chinese]
I had ChatGPT create images, and when I asked it to make them again today, it might have been GPT image 2. The results look like they changed, so I'm making a note.

The light blue and yellow one on the left is from last week.
The purple one on the right is from today.

I feel like the one on the right has different transparency, resolution, and level of detail...

Prompt
Draw a near-future sci-fi version of a mandala
