Character Illustration Crimson Spider Lilies

An otherworldly original character: a stunning woman in crimson makeup standing among red spider lilies, full of dramatic tension. Imagery from Tang Wan's "Phoenix Hairpin: A Fickle World": The world is fickle, human hearts are cruel; rain brings dusk, and flowers fall easily. The morning breeze dries, tear stains remain. I long to write down what is in my heart, murmuring alone by the slanting railing. Hard, hard, hard!
